Thank you for your question. It’s honestly the benefits I get from my morning routine. I journal, meditate, and read. Sometimes I exercise too if I have the time. I love how I feel after I’ve done my morning routine and that’s what gets me up the next day to do it all over again. If you have trouble getting up early, I encourage you to read “The Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod. It’s what changed me from being a night owl to a morning person. – Robyn
